does anyone have a hard time changing the crib sheets
OMG!! Yesterday I set up the baby's crib with mattress, mattress pad and sheet and holy cow, that was a mission. It took me forever to get that sheet on! With the mattress so snug in the crib, it's a pain to the fitted shit on. It took me forever. Any pointers????

Take the mattress out They are nice and light so I take it out, put the sheet on, and put the mattress back in the crib.

This is what I do..makes it tons easier..especially when you eventually lower the mattress!

At first, but we got zipper sheets from Clouds and Stars and it's awesome. I seriously suggest everyone get them for crib sheets. Makes changing sheets so easy

Definitely...and when my DD was a newborn we used the Ultimate Crib sheet over the regular ones. It has snaps so you can just snap it off and on.

I find it easier to do it one half at a time. But no matter what, I always end up cursing and sweating by the time it is done lol!

Yes! Worst job ever! I would rather empty the diaper genie. I break a sweat every time and half the time I break a nail.

Re: does anyone have a hard time changing the crib sheets
The best advice I ever got when DD was a newborn - double up on the bedding - if you can - mattress pad - sheet - another matttress pad - another sheet. That way, you only have to change sheets half the usual # of times & it's a huge relief when you're cleaning up after a 3 am crib mess when you're half asleep.
