Isn't there a key that says "Prnt Scrn" or Print Screen?
Then just paste into word and resize.

On our HP I think we actually have to hit 'ctrl' + 'prt scr' since that button has 2 functions.

cntrl/print screen, then paste into your email or doc.

<ALT><Print Screen> captures the active window only.
<Print Screen> captures the entire window, including the Start Menu, and any other windows that are on the screen.
Using <CTRL> or <Shift> is redundant.
