I need more info to answer the question

once a house is foreclosed- it's the final stage- the bank owns it

leading up to that you would have to speak with the owner to see where they are in the process of losing their home

3 to 5 months late- considered pre-foreclosure

after 12 months (sometimes more depending on the bank) they would be served

then they would get an auction notice or eviction notice- that could be another 6 months- maybe longer

ETA- the bank wouldn't even be able to tell you this info with out the mortgage holders permission

is it listed? do you have the address? if you want FM me with it and I can pull it in public records
