Does anyone know the deal with the LIE being closed at night?
I heard you cannot take it back to LI from NYC due to construction. Wondering if its at least open until the Grand Central exit. Thanks!

They have always left the service road open (At least in the past) so even if the LIE is closed, you can just go around the closure on the service road.
