Re: Does anyone use a product for cellulite...
Tyra had a whole show on Legs & cellulite & she highly recommended this product by Nivea.
I took this right from her website:
She put Nivea Good-bye Cellulite Cream to the test with four brave women for four weeks (30 days). We all get tired of these creams that guarantee 100% effectiveness, but these four ladies testified that Nivea Good-bye Cellulite gets the job done. After just one week, the ladies started noticing smoother, dimple-less skin. We met all four ladies and each one had a success story with the Nivea cream, and their before and after photos spoke for themselves! The excitement continued as Tyra gave every audience member a Nivea Good-bye Cellulite Start-up Kit.
Goodbye Cellulite

Honestly, I don't know if any of those really work. I once used something from Avon I think, it was okay - just made it seem smoother from the moisterizer.

Most of the creams will work...temporarily. When you stop, the crap comes back. Fat Girl Slim by Bliss is actually pretty good....The best thing for it? Bikram (hot) yoga!!! My thighs feel like they did when I was doing ballet 24/7! You can get the cream I mention at Sephora.com or blissworld.com

Re: Does anyone use a product for cellulite...
is this for real? I mean, if that's the case, I think it would have sold out faster than the Jergens tanning lotion of last year????

Re: Does anyone use a product for cellulite...
i think that a lot of those results have to do with the lighting on in the pcitures.
Look how the before pictures have so much more shadow...that highlights all the cellulite.

That is true- it's just the way your body stores fat. I'm thin and have some celluite on my upper thighs. A lot of it is genetic- which is why you see it more on women.

Yes, I know. I am thin and I have it. You can be thin and not work out and eat like crap, hence the cellulite. Diet and exercise will help anyone...whether they are thin or "fat". I'm just saying there is no "cream' that is going to do the job....you have to do it the hard way.

Re: Does anyone use a product for cellulite...
it's not just "fat" it's how it sits on the skin. I've seen women with a lot more "fat" on their thighs than I have, and they had no cellulite (and yes, I do hate them )
I also run, stairmaster, squat, rub...you name it, I do it. I gave up soda....and I have pretty well shaped legs.
it's very much genetic. sometimes exercise makes it worse, b/c the fat deposits don't shrink evenly, so you have thinner but lumpier legs...
it sucks.
but I wonder, if so many women have this flaw, whis is it still considered a "flaw"
