not always!!! I have seen thin people with cellulite.
Very true, genetics can help determine if you are more prone (look to mom or sis). But decreasing the amount of body fat and increasing muscle toning will help diminish the signs of cellulite.

Those before pictures all used harsh lighting that makes the cellulite stand out more. All of the after shots are taken with even lighting which makes the skin look smoother. It's not a fair comparison.

i have to disagree here - it is ALL genetics
i weighed 90-95 lbs before i went on BC and i did NOT have fat on me and i had terrible cellulite
I have asked my doctor about it, my GYN and even a plastic surgeon and they all said while extreme toning would help - i would always have a significant amount. . .
