Does it bother you when you know someone is mad at you?
Complete strangers i could care less if they hate me or like me. But usually if its a friend or family member it really bugs me to know that they're pizzed at me. like i lose sleep over it and become very anxious.
however, today i got into an argument with a friend that started out very civil and turned into her yelling at me (completely not my fault, i swear!). i told her when she calms down we can talk again and she still kept screaming. so i said "i dont let my parents yell at me so i'm most definitely not going to let YOU talk to me that way!"...then i hung up on her. and really...i could care less if she ever calls me again. i think i'm maturing!

good for you! that sounds like something i would want to do but never have the guts to... it must have felt good to be so mature about it!
and as for me, yes, it bothers me if i know someone (not a stranger) is mad at me... but truthfully i only feel anxious for a little while and then i calm down. if they don't approach me and tell me why they are mad, which generally is what happens, i'm the kind of person who will tread cautiously around them but not come right out and ask what is wrong.

Kind of. Im going through this at work now. One of my co-workers has been very nasty to me and has had an attitude with me for no apparent reason. I really have no idea what she can be mad at.
