Does this sound like enough food?
I'm terrible at this.
I'm having a pool party next week with about 35 adults and 11 kids.
I'm going to order the following:
1 full tray of a green salad
1 full tray of sausage & peppers
1 full tray of chicken franchise
1 full tray of rigatoni Napolitano
1 1/2 tray of chicken tenders
1 1/2 Mac and cheese
6 ft chicken cutlet with mozzarella and roasted red pepper hero.
Good Bad?
I have no clue.
And if you have any suggestions that would be great too

Sounds like a lot! Makes me hungry!!
Do you need the hero? Maybe get another tray of veggies like broccoli, brocolli rabe or a tray of tomato/mozz/basil salad?

It's a party for my daughter and my grandsons and that's the one thing she asked for
Someone mentioned adding a cold pasta salad or tortellini salad. So I'm going add that. Maybe get 1/2 tray of green salad instead since that usually doesn't go.
Maybe I will only get a 4 ft hero.
