Yes. She is up early and doesn't have to leave for the bus stop until 845.

No. Both kids get to watch 1 show each after school. On weekends, they get about 1-2 hours of screen time (movie, ipad, Netflix, games).

Yes my girls watch tv before school. They are up everyday around 6 and we leave for the bus at 8:30. They usually have time to watch one 1/2 hour show sometimes a bit more.

Yes, DS is usually up around 6am and we're up around 6:45. He knows how to access his kid-friendly profile on Netflix and watches until we leave for school (around 8:30). He's not allowed TV on school nights, but it's ok during the weekend.

Same for us. We get up, he eats, gets dressed and does some small chores. If he has a several minutes he sometimes colors or reads a book to his fish.

No, too hard to get them out of the house. BTDT in pre k and wasn't a good way for us to start the day.

Yes. The rule is they get up and need to get dressed before they can watch a show. They usually have time for one half hour show. If they take longer getting dressed, then they are only able to watch a shorter show.

No, but that's because there is no time. I wake them up by 6:45 and we are outside waiting for the bus by 7:25. When they were little and in preschool, they didn't need to be there until 9:00 and they definitely watched tv.

Yes. EVERY day. My DD has plenty of time to kill before getting on the bus in the morning. I let her chill and watch TV until she leaves. 
ETA - She's usually up at 7:30, bus comes at 8:50 so in between eating and getting dressed she watches TV.

Yes - they are usually up by 7 and don't leave until 8:45 (unless DS 1 has to catch the bus from daycare then they leave at 8).

No, even if they get up before us during the week they know the TV is not allowed on before school. We allow them to watch 1 show when they get home from school and that's it. On weekends we are usually doing things, but Friday nights we do family movie night. They have behavior charts at school so if they don't clip down, they gain 1 hour of either video games or iPad time.

No. We have plenty to do in the time between waking and school. DD is up at 7, and leaves at 8:15. She gets up, spends a little time with me before I leave for work, picks out her breakfast, eats, picks out her clothes, DH helps her get dressed, and then she feeds the dog. There is usually about 15 minutes left at that point. DH will offer her the choice to go for a walk, play with the dog in the yard, or play in her play room.
DD gets TV time in the evening for 30-40 minutes before bed.
The only morning we do TV is Saturdays.

Yes, after he has gone to the bathroom and gotten dressed. He watches while he eats his breakfast.
