Dress For Christening

I just bought this dress for our Nieces Christening next weekend (Saturday afternoon) I was going to wear plain black pumps and minimal jewelry - Bracelet, earrings, wedding band.

On the site, they are showing the model wearing strappy nude shoes (which I do not have, I have nude pumps) and they suggested very chunky large necklace to go with it.

Would that be too much? or just go with what I planned?

I feel like a big necklace will be too much on top with the different colors

I say go with how you planned it: black pumps, minimal jewelry. Sounds really nice. Great dress!

LOVE the dress!!! I think you're fine with the way you planned it. I don't think the jewelry would look bad, but I think you'd look great without it!

I found this dress at dress barn. Best part is it was $42.00 and I had a coupon to bring it to $36.00. Chat Icon

I'd go with what you planned too.

Love the dress and love Dress Barn but wish they'd change their name - I always feel like a cow shopping there.
