Due date question (IVF girls might be able to help!)
My RE said I am about 6-6 1/2 weeks today. I thought I turn 7 weeks tomorrow. I guess because I had IVF it makes it harder to calculate a due date (no LMP really). I used that site someone recommended, and it went by day of ER (not ET). I just want an offiical answer!! Hopefully my OB will be able to give me an answer!

my RE told me that at the day of the egg transfer IVF patients are considered 2 weeks and three days. It doesn't matter when your last period was, they are putting the embryo in you as if you had a "normal" cycle. At 2 weeks you would release your egg and it takes about 2 days to fertilize and travel down you tubes.

So if my ER was on 7/15 and my ET was on 7/18, wouldn't that make me 7 weeks tomorrow?!

Your ER is your ovulation date. If you find an online due date calcultor, you can usually put in your ovulation date.

That's exactly what I did! I guess I was right - 6w6d EDD 4/7/09!!
