Duke the doomed pit bull returned to his home after 4 years!!!
Just an FYI, Duke the pitbull, accused of attacking another dog over 4 years ago, was finally returned to his home!!!

Duke remained at the Town of Babylon shelter, which is a municipal shelter 4 years at the expense of taxpayers. During that time he occupied cage space and more than likely as a result animals were put to death because of shortage of cage space. Why? Because the town supervisors dragged this matter on far too long. He is back where he belongs..home. This is a civil matter from the beginning and should have been addressed as so.
