Dull cramps in lower right side of abdomen?

Dull cramps in lower right side of abdomen?
Is this normal
I am 14 1/2 weeks and I have been having some dull continuous cramping in my lower right abdomen since last night. Is this something I should be worried about? should I call the doctor?

how long have they been going on for (and sustained)? have you been drinking at least 2L of water a day?

I have had them since last night. Last night they were really bad---I was uncomfortable sitting or lying and just couldn't get comfortable for like an hour---then they slowly started to decrease in intensity and I fell asleep. Today it has been happening since I woke up @ 9 and they last for a little while--few minutes-- and then go away. I am drinking water but will increase that and I am laying down not trying to do anything strenuous but they are just dull and annoying. I am concerned even more because I have panic/anxiety attacks and ever since this started I have been having low underlying anxiety and I know the stress is not good!! I thought maybe if I got a few opinions it would help me calm down.

i mean, it could be nothing, it could be something. just hard to tell. just keep drinking water and do whatever you normally do for stress relief.
I'm sure if will be fine but if it hasn't improved by this evening, go see your doctor first thing tomorrow.

Yup-classic Round Ligament pain. It is just everything growing. At that time, it is actually the worst because your uterus is no longer contained in your pelvis and it is growing out, so it will be uncomfortable.
The best thing you can do is drink a lot of water and elevate your feet if you are really uncomfortable.
