Easter Baskets for your kids- grandparents related
Just curious: do your parents make up whole Easter baskets for your kids? Or do they just give them something small?

My mom usually has small gifts for them..and my DH's mother usually sends chocolates...which is funny b/c she's Jewish.

Usually my mom has clothes & a little bunny. My MIL when she lived nearby had huge Easter baskets - no matter how many times I told her I don't want them to have a ton of candy.
Luckily, she's moved to FL so it's no longer an issue.

My mom has a HUGE basket that she always filled w/ ton of gifts for me growing up.
She will now be filling it up for Jack. Although - this easter she is getting him a portable DVD player for all of our trips so I don't know what else she will be putting in there.

My IL's will buy her a few gifts like toys and clothes, my parents give the grandkids those chocolate bunny's and money.

At my request, my mom gives them money (she already gave it to me for Disney in April), because DH and I, well, I - make them big baskets with everything they don't need.

My mom use to make really nice baskets with tons of stuff in it now she just buys them a toy and that's that. On the other hand my FIL brings the kids baskets with some candy and usually a little something.

I'm pretty sure my parents will do a big basket.
I don't know what MIL will do, she sends stuff more randomly.

Both sets of grandparents give DS a basket plus $$ for his savings.
My parents also buy DS a traditional Italian chocolate egg that has a prize inside..
