Easter Menu
My cousin and I are trying to come up with our menu for Easter and I would love to hear what you are serving/eating.

For Easter Dinner we usually have:
Cheese Platter
Deviled Eggs
Ham with Pineapple
Pineapple Coleslaw
Potato Salad or Mashed Potatoes
Candied Carrots
Fresh String Beans with lemon & garlic
Carrot Cake
Chocolates (Assorted)

We are doing Easter and DS's first birthday so our menu is different than usual. And still a work in progress.
idk about apps, depends on how many come
ham
lasagne? (MIL will make something vegetarian)
green beans
corn casserole
mashed potatoes
homemade rolls
??? maybe salada
birthday cake
cookies of some kind, I think. Usually others bring dessert but b/c this is also a birthday party IDK what his fam will do.
