Eating schedules and habits once again..1 year old and over..
Can you share what your 14 month olds (or around that age) eating schedule and/or habits are like.
In the morning, do you still give them a cup of milk first?
I am having a hard time transitioning Megan to a cup..she still doesnt want it. So she gets her bottle of milk first.
Then she eats either a pancake, waffle, cereal with some fruit.
Juice midday.
Lunch either turkey, cheese, macaroni, cream cheese sandwich..with a veggie.
Milk bottle again.
Some sort of snack. Puffs, crackers, teething biscuit, bread.
Dinner..meat, veggie and fruit.
A small bottle before bed.
How does your day go?

DS is 14 months old and has been taking the sippy cup for the last few weeks.
Breakfast - eggs, waffle, cereal, etc. with 6 oz cup of milk
Lunch - macaroni, mac n cheese, hamburger, etc. with a cup of juice (actually is a the Gerber Splashers) or ice tea
Dinner - usually whatever we are eating and a cup of juice or ice tea
Bedtime - 6 - 11 oz of milk
During the day he has snacks too (puffs, cookies, chocolate pudding, etc.).

DD is 12 months. She eats many small meals throughout the day.
Breakfast: 5 oz. sippy of milk and a waffle or a pancake or sometimes oatmeal.
Morning snack: 5 oz. sippy of milk, cut up fruit or puffs or cheerios
Lunch: sippy of water with crackers with cheese, yogurt, cinnamon raisin toast with jelly, turkey and cheese melt, cut up fruit, soup
Afternoon snack: 5 oz. sippy of milk and a few organic animal crackers
Dinner: sippy of water with whatever we are having for dinner, ie, turkey meatloaf with brown rice and green beans, beef and barley soup, chicken with mashed potato & peas, pasta with turkey meatballs, ravioli with sauce.

Re: Eating schedules and habits once again..1 year old and over..
DD is 16 mths and we have yet to get rid of the bottle. She just refuses to drink her milk from the straw cup (but will drink water or juice in there just fine! ) She isnt the bets eater right now so I am not pushing the cup because I feel that she needs that milk.
wake up: 8oz bottle of milk
Breakfast: blueberry waffle, pancake, oatmeal with applesauce mixed in (she loves this!), cherrios, whole wheat toast with jelly (she refuses to eat any type of eggs unfortunately)
Late AM snack: puffs, wheat thins, cheerios, dried fruit
Lunch: straw cup w. water and - - yogurt, string cheese w/ crackers, grilled cheese, cut up fruit
sometimes I will give her a few oz of v8 (low sodium one)in her cup since she doesnt eat many veggies
Dinner: her favorite is chicken nuggets but sometimes she will eat a small amount of other meat that we have with dinner, a veggie, some fruit
Bedtime - 8oz. bottle of milk
she was very late to accept table foods and it seems like she still hasnt learned how to eat a lot of different textures The dr isnt worried and says it will come with time. I get frustrated when I hear all of these great foods other toddlers are eating though...

Re: Eating schedules and habits once again..1 year old and over..
Formula in the morning
3 hours later - breakfast (waffles, oatmeal, Cheerios, pancakes, toast w/ cream cheese, etc. and a piece of fruit) and with water
2.5 hours later - lunch (fruit, cheese, yogurt, pizza, grilled cheese, etc.) with water then about 1/2 hour later or at the end of lunch - formula
Wakeup from nap and have water while they play
Dinner - 2 or 3 veggies (they love veggies) a meat, and some starch (potato, rice, couscous, etc.)
Formula before bed
