Maybe we should all chip in and buy the seller a really creative gift basket.

please describe said basket Nancy

Well it would have a can of whoop a$$ and, well me of course

That is one ferocious bride...
Gina, thanks for helping Nancy find yet another reason to post this picture on this site..

I think you had every right to post negative feedback to the seller...and I think her email was uncalled for...
Is there a fire icon?? Because I feel a flame coming on..

I even left neutral feedback(the product was fine, but the shipping was WAY excessive- he charge $11 to ship and it was $4 on the package which was a very used envelope) and the guy went nuts and put NEGATIVE feedback on mine. Ebay sellers get crazy when you don't post postives.

word. I've been waiting to be saved by the J-man - he's my homeboy.

Oh the drama was from yesterday on the pets board, but the thread is now gone so no luck; but hey, swing on by anyway and start a thread about buying a puppy from a pet store and we'll get the drama ball rolling there too!!! Chat Icon

yea seriously enough already. gina obviously isnt an avid ebayer (neither am i) and she was asking an honest question because she was taken aback by the sellers reaction. this thread got out of hand because there are alot of ebay sellers on these boards and everyone reacted the way they would have had it been them as the actual seller.

she learned her lesson not to buy crap online anymore. but to go so far as to question why she needed to purchase online with a new baby is uncalled for IMO. cut her some slack.

but not understanding something is not a reason to get nasty....

she understood enough to leave negative feedback but not enough to first contact the seller to say she was unhappy....

It could be that she hasn't signed back onto ebay since she purchased the item and was reminded, once she signed on again, to leave feedback for her last purchase. This has happened to me before (although I haven't had to leave negative feedback yet)

I think we can start giving our eulogies.

I for one enjoyed the ebay thread... the nastiness... the cattiness... the demanding of descriptions posted on ebay that fine day 3 months ago...
the questions: why did she need folding tables... where were her kitchen tables? what does having a newborn do with folding tables? why did she wait so long to leave feedback? Some answered... but the truths, we may never know...
