egg salad
how do you make yours? I think I messed it up over the weekend and I didn't think you could even do that shows you how well I am in the kitchen it's my big craving pregnant
Maybe I boiled the egg too long b/c the shell was hard to take off

Re: egg salad
boil eggs, chill them in cold water. Its easier to take the shells off after that have cooled a bit!
I make mine with: eggs a little chopped red onion pinch of garlic powder little bit of spicy mustard mayo black pepper
funny... DH made me buy extra eggs this week cause he has been in the mood for it too!

Re: egg salad
if you try to take the shell off while holding them under running water in the sink, it usually makes it easier to peel it.

Re: egg salad
boil the eggs and run with cold water to cool. i chop the egg whites into big chunks and separate the yolks. mash the yolks with mayo, little bit white vinegar and little bit of dijon mustard...add salt and pepper to taste (i like a lot of pepper!!)

Definitely put salt in the water, it makes them easier to peel!
I am not a fan of vinegar or mustard in my egg salad. Just straight eggs, mayo and and a little paprika (sometimes a little chopped onion for DH).

Re: egg salad
my mom hits the egg with a spoon to crack it a lil before she boils them. makes them easy to peel.
