Emotional Breakdown
I just broke down for the first time. I came home and DH was taking a nap. I snapped. I saw him sleeping and I was ****** that he can think hes tired when I'm exhausted. I know...that's so unreasonable of me. He heard me stomp out and woke up. He got mad that I woke him up and I started crying uncontrollably. He couldnt understand why I was crying and I didn't want to tell him cause I felt stupid for crying for no reason. Finally I told him why and I literally was heaving cause I was crying so hard. He felt so bad and didn't know what to do. I can't believe I got like that. Like an overwhelming sadness came over me. so to make me feel better he brought me pickles.

Re: Emotional Breakdown
thats ok we have all been there....my worse night I dont even know why...oh actually it started about losing weight after the baby as it progressed to me sobbing on the floor crying that I just dont know how Im goiing to manage anything Thankfully it doesnt happen too often but a few emotional meltdowns while prego is expected just learn to laugh about it and a good cry is good everyonce and a while...even if you have no reason why your doing it

Re: Emotional Breakdown
Aww dont be upset -- its the hormones. We all go through it.
I have to say, I've gotten quite upset over nothing several times recently only to realize later that I was being completely irrational. But when its happenning, it all seems rational and theres no way to stop the tears

Re: Emotional Breakdown
It is totally normal! I have had a couple breakdowns like that when I see DH napping on the weekend or even just relaxing on the couch after work. The majority of the time, my feet are killing me & I just feel like I am going to fall! These pregnancy hormones definately do wonders!
