Not BTDT, but I would not use the Bjorn or any of the other "crotch danglers" because of hip dysplasia. We got the Ergo and the Moby

From my readings and experience, you would want to go for the ergo or a carrier with a wide bottom/seat so their legs DON"T dangle but rather put them in a frog leg-ish position.

Ergo vs. Bjorn vs another carrier?
We got the ergo because I read that it is better for the babies hips and the parents backs. DH has a TERRIBLE back so I was concerned about this. If DS ever decides to come into this world then I will be able to give a true review on it.

We have an Ergo from DS 1. We loved it. I have not heard good things about the Bjorn and how it impacts a baby's hips.

Ergo vs. Bjorn vs another carrier?
NEVER BJORN! You want a carrier that creates an "M" seat and is facing the wearer. Never forward facing out.
As an advanced babywearer, I recommend the ergo, bobs, beco, or Tula.

This woman knows her stuff!! She recommended the moby and beco to me...love them both. Now that DS is bigger, the beco is amazing.
