Ethics & Home Care Services...? WWYD?
I got about 8 quotes for a yard clean up...just raking up leaves and mowing the lawn.
I have a rather large piece of property.
Most estimates were 200-500.
One guy gave me a 60 quote...and 30 extra for cutting lawn. He is just starting up his business..
naturally, i went with him..now I feel bad...would you pay him a bit more?
if so, how much more?

I'd give him what he asks - whenever anyone is starting out you'll get good prices.
I am sure he knows what other companies are charging.
If you really feel badly give him $125.

After the work is done, if you love what he did, I would definitely pay him more. $125 sounds fair. And I would tell him that you're going to recommend him to everyone you know.
