evening primrose
anyone taking this for pms? my gyn just recommended it and before i go buy it i want to make sure its going to help. thanks

I take a combo of all Omega Oils, which contains evening primrose. These, combined with a multi vitamin and probiotics have seriously taken my PMDD from unbearable and psychologically damaging to typical 2 day PMS irritability. I swear by the oils and the vitamins (B included). Definitely worth a shot.
