Ever have one of those days where you just feel like you're doing everything wrong

DS is 11 months old now and lately he's been an absolute monster! He'll throw tantrums out of no where (usually when he's in his highchair during a meal) screaming his head off while he eats. He's done this the past 3 nights in a row so I've sternly told him we dont yell and he's going to bed. Off to bed he goes and then he continues to FLIP OUT in his crib...for over an hour. He's throwing everything lately (my phone, his sippy, food, toys) and I've been consistent for over a month either ignoring it or picking the item up and not returning it to him, but its like he just doesnt care and he keeps throwing things. He hits and pulls hair too.

I just feel like saying "NO" isnt working at all. He laughs or smiles and continues his behavior. His temper tantrums are getting worse and he'll scream for so long when I put him to bed early.

I dont know what I'm doing wrong. Today I handed my mother the monitor and walked out for an hour because I literally couldnt take anymore. I was ready to start crying. He whines allllll day long. I cant take it lately. What am I doing wrong???
