exercise goals - how's everyone doing?
Upping my exercise - and it feels so good! Lol
Bought 8 training sessions at LR and his woman is kicking my butt. I didn't realize how little I was actually doing!
Training 2x a week with heavy weights. Cardio 5x a week (one of those times is a dance class)
Finally back on track with diet. Keeping food diary and staying within/under my daily calorie goal using MFP.
How is everyone doing?

Not great - gained 10 more pounds since last year. But I'm getting fed up and making some small easy changes that have so far had positive results this week. Just going to chug along with the small easy changes. :)

We all fall off the wagon. I stopped tracking and gained 4 lbs back within the last 2 months. But now I'm 1 lb away from my lowest weight - and can start fresh once I hit that. Frustrating bc if I stuck to it, I'd be at goal by now. But whatever. Can't change it now. Can only go forward.
Small easy changes is the way to go. Much easier to stick to it that way. Nice weather is here and that helps a lot with walking for extra exercise

I'm doing well with exercise.
I knew I wouldn't have time to workout yesterday or today after work so I got up at 4:45 am to do it first thing in the morning.
Now, if only I didn't have sweet tooth!

I gained 20 lbs out of I don't know! I wanted to go kickboxing but I'm not sure yet, I wanted to run but I don't have company. arghhh excuses!!! sad part is I'm not into sweets, I don't eat dinner just a little of anything like salad or peanut butter bread at 5pm. but still I'm disgusting and fat as hippo!

I am waiting for my new activity tracker so I can make sure to get 10k steps a day.
I am doing a 5 day FItness blender "challenge for busy people".
I need a good routine or another challenge after this. Not sure what to do..
My ideal excercise plan to maintain weight is 10k steps a day including 4-5x a week for 30 min workouts with strength, HIIT, etc

Haha - I was going to say the same thing! I've walked over 11,000 steps each day since I downloaded it on Saturday. Some of that is me committing to getting on the treadmill to make sure I go over 10,000, but it's also encouraged my 6 yo to want to walk around the block and walk to the park.
With Amazon Prime, I got an instant pot (steamer, rice cooker, crock pot, and pressure cooker combo). I'm hoping it'll encourage me to cook more healthy meals at home.

in the last year, i've gained way too much weight and i feel it. my clothes still fit, but i feel like a multi-link sausage in them.
for the last two weeks i've been making sure to wake up earlier and DO SOMETHING. the first week i just went walking before getting ready for work. last week, i bought zumba and have been alternating.
so far, i've lost 2.5lbs and i'm feeling good about the change.
long term, i want to get strong. so i've made myself the promise that as soon as i pay off my car (expected payoff date is in 11 months) i will sign up for some kind of cross fit or boot camp training... so for now, just move and slowly get stronger.

I gained 10, started exercise and 1200 calorie days and down 4.2 pounds since Saturday:) Joined synergy so going 3-4 times per week now
