Eyeliner that stays all day
I'll start by saying that i'm SURE a liquid liner would be great and stay all but i just CANNOT figure it out. It just will not work for me hahaha
SO with that said, I'm looking for a new eyeliner that will stay all day and not smudge/fade away.
Suggestions please

I put eye primer on. Then wet an eyeliner brush and use black eye shadow to line my upper lid. It's stays all day unless I rub my eyes a lot

Believe it or not... That dollar makeup in target. Name escapes me now - someone else may know it -- the liquid liner lasts all day on me and I do cat eye (where I swoop it out past my lid a little)
Can't go wrong for a buck!

Eyeliner that stays all day
I find that eyeshadow primer makes my eyeliner stick. If I don't use it it ends up smudged. I normally use Urban Decay (24/7 liner I think?) but I'm running out so I started using my old Sephora liner which works pretty well.

Got this in an ipsy bag and love all their products. This eyeliner is great! You have to put it in carefully though!

I love this make up line. I have the black and brown liquid eyeliner and it really does stay all day.
I just saw they now make a dupe for Benefit's High Beam, for liquid highlighter and the best part is it's only $1.00!! Woot Woot!

are you looking for top or for the water line.
For the water line, you cannot beat MACs pro-longerwear eye liner.. it really does stay for hours.
For the lid, I love either the Mac Penultimate eye liner (it's like a pen)
OR the Fluidline gel liner..
both come in a few different colors.. but of course, black is best.
I usually do a combo of all THREE of these when I'm doing a lined eye. The pro-longwear for the waterline, the fluid line for the top, an dthe penultimate for the "wings"

I love the e.l.f. liquid liner! It is very easy to use b/c the brush isn't too flexible.
If you aren't ready for that, but aren't having luck with pencil--try a gel in a pot with a brush.
I like Tarte's, but for drugstore, Maybelline's is really good too.
