I can't blame the father! 
I don't know what I would do if I were ever in that situation, but I can imagine feeling the same way.
Let's hope this man does not get out one moment before his full sentence ends and I hope he dies (of natural causes!!) before then because it would be a shame for the Dad to go to jail!

I do not believe two wrong make a right. I do not believe in eye for an eye. If the father chooses to retaliate in this manner, he should be prepared to face the consequences justly. The judicial system is not based on the eye for an eye mentality. And TBH, some of the responses her disturb me  Perhaps some people will applaud this kind of retribution, and maybe he'd get off on this crime if he were to ever committ it, but it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

EFF the Judicial System. Something is really screwed up with our system if they let this piece of shiit roam the streets after he did what he did to a baby. He is a sick *******. He dont even deserve to inhale another breath of air in my opinion. I would want to throw him in a lions den at the zoo because if I dont personally kill him with my bare hands.. I would want the animals to eat him alive - and for me witness it. I cant even imagine the hell that poor father has went through. He must be in solitary confinement because I'm wondering why justice wasn't served for that pos in prison already.

I would hunt this man down and bury him alive without a second thought if it had been my child he killed. He should rot in jail.
Almost exactly what I thought. If I was him I would do it and have a plan set up to "retire" in the jungles of Costa Rica. I don't even know how that family survived this

This is clearly a very sick individual. There is no way he was "rehabilitated" or could have been while he has been institutionalized. Or even if he wasn't. He is clearly a sociopath and unsafe for society in general. Why they are even entertaining letting this animal out is beyond me. It's not safe for anyone. It's this type of person for whom the death penalty was created, IMO.

that poor father, my heart goes out to him. i can't imagine what he must go through knowing that happened to his boy
That said, I'd kill the ******* too! I'd be waiting for him at the exit of the jail to make sure he never even stepped outside the grounds! Hopefully justice will prevail and this animal will stay where he belongs - caged up for life!!

That POS ate his child! ATE HIM!!! Then shellacked the bones and KEPT THEM!! I don't think I would be sane. I would have killed him before his trial!

The nature of the crime. I don't think ANY parent could ever get over it. EVER!!!!! It's one thing to lose a child. Parents never go over it. But losing a child THAT WAY! I just cannot even remotely imagine. And to think the guy could get out of jail. Unbelievalble! I know I could not let it go. I would go to jail but the #@$ would pay for my child's death. PAY!!!!!
