favorite healthy cooking cookbook?
I'm looking to make easy but healthy meals. Nothing with too many exotic ingredients. Simple chicken, beef, turkey receipes.

I don't think she has a cook book but Skinnytaste.com has some great recipes.

Cooks illustrated makes a light and healthy version. We lie their recipes. They also make a cooks for 2 which is smaller portions not neccesiarly healthy but the. You don't over eat.
