Favorite Passover Recipes
It's that time of year again. Post your favorite Passover friendly recipes. I'm not as happy about this matzo diet as this post seems but when life hands you a piece of matzo, make matzo brei.

I do a spinach pie but instead of a crust I use matzoh.
Just got a recipe for a lemon cheesecake with an almond crust going to try that and let you know how it comes out....
I'm big on salads during passover so I make a ton of them for appetizers for the seder
