Love, love spaghetti carbonara but can't find ANYWHERE that even comes close to the deliciousness that it should be...
go to Crispo in the city. Its on 14th st.
It's amazing. It comes served with a raw egg on top that you mix in.

I LOVE PASTA!! My most fave is also vodka sauce. Sometimes with chicken and baby spinach. But I also LOVE:
-plain butter, some pasta water and tons of romano cheese
- EVOO, brocolli or brocolli rabe, tons of garlic and romano cheese
-pastchio with a nice layer of bechamel
