Had my 36 week aptmt today  OB wants me to stop work by Feb 12  Guess I will tell the job in the am!
 is measuring at 38 wks 5days so we are playing the measuring game for now...
My Mom just mentioned that the new moon is on Valentines Day...the exact day my OB wants me to go into labor he actually said "Valentines Day would be the perfect date for you and your son"! So my ??? is:
What are the Feb Moms doing this year on Valentines day?
Do you believe in the New Moon superstition??
I cant believe how close we are!!

21 days and 1 hour
I am done!!! Ready for this baby to come out. I keep getting very low pains, that are very sharp and painful. I have to stop talking they get so bad. but they are not regular. I have my first internal tomorrow and hoping for some changes. I dont think I can do this for 21 more days. I am working 12 hour shifts overnight at work still and it is getting so hard but we dont get any maternity leave so I have to stay up till I deliver. Lots of labor dust for the Feb mammas!!!!

Thats exciting! Only one more full week of work for you 
I have no plans for valentines day- im due the day before, so i'm hoping i would have had the baby by then!! Wishful thinking 
Been having bad cramps waking me up in the middle of the night so i'm hoping when i go to the dr tomorrow i'll have something more going on

Still can't believe its feb and we are all going to have our little ones soon!!!
I actually posted but will say again LOL had my 37 weeks appt on monday, still 1-2CM, cervix soft, head not engaged yet. Oh well LOL I guess she will come when she's ready. Very inconsistent contractions, some days I get a good amount and days like yesterday where I barely get any. I am def uncomfortable and hurting (my back, hooha, etc ) and its hard taking care of a 2.5 year old (even though he's so good). I am done working thank god, so now its a waiting game

 I feel your pain....sorry you are also so uncomfortable...hopefully it means labor soon for you! I hope you get a chacne to put your feet up during your shifts

I have so much groin pain, walking is terrible...for like 2 weeks now. Just keep getting fatter and fatter!

So, any new updates on anyone??
My due date is tomorrow
Had a dr's appt yesterday, i am 2cm and 70% effaced. Dr stripped the membranes and said hopefully this weekend thing should happen!! If not i'm scheduled for an induction on tues am! WOW, now the panic sets in!!!!!

yay!!! i bet you're counting down the hours
just think, you'll be holding your DC days from now 
as for me, nothing new. 'cept that awful groin pain. i'm due sunday, but i'm going to get some physical therapy massage in an hour to relieve some of the pain. i wonder if it'll jog anything around.
getting mild back cramps. they don't get bad, just there from time to time.
and the fatter part has GOT to stop with me, jeeeeeez. as of today, i'm weening myself off of all the bad snacks and replacing them with only the good stuff. either way, i'm always starving, so why not

feeling so frustrated here...almost 38.5 weeks and at my monday appt I was 3CM and 100% effaced, so I really figured that I would have had my  already. With my DS I was 3 CM o na monday too and went into labor naturally 2 days later.
So sll having inconsistent contractions and continuing to lose my mucus plug, but that's it. My next appt is Monday and so hoping if I dont go over the weekend, then their will at least be more progress My doctor said at my last appt that I would go within a week-10 days, which would put me at next Thursday, but they really dont know. Sorry to vent, just tired, hurting and ready to have this baby

My due date was Thurs. Nothing yet. My next dr's appt is Tues, and he told me we will plan an induction then if nothing. Last Tues, I was 1 cm dilated. I've been resting and relaxing and DH has been great - he cleaned the whole house top to bottom today. Maybe I should let her stay in there a little longer
