Feeding/daycare issue (for anyone to answer)

So my DS goes to daycare. Since i have to be at work at an ungodly hour we have to get our DS up at about 5:20 M-F. We give him a bottle and off to work we go. I drive about a good 30 mins or so.

So on the weekends he wakes for a 5 am bottle and then goes back to sleep.

Will i never be able to lose this bottle due to daycare?

Hmmmm, it probably will be difficult. DS wakes up for a bottle at 5 or 6 many mornings though (and he doesn't go to daycare), so it might just be when they wake up hungry also.

Eventually when he goes to less bottles, maybe, but usually the first one is gonna stay, or you will need to replace it with food.. I think they usually w ant something first thing in the am.

I agree. Probably not until he goes down to fewer bottles. That should be one of the first to go. Is he on finger foods yet? I'll give DD some cheerios and a sippy cup in the car on the way to daycare.

I think when he goes to less bottles you will get rid of that one. It wasn't til DS was a year that we did.

Now, I give DS a waffle before he leaves for daycare and DH and I are getting ready for work..
