Fenugreek and mothers milk tea users...
I've been using both for about a week now to get my milk supply back up and I think it definitely working. I hear dd gulping and she seems satisfied throughout the day. Do I continue using them? TIA!

i would try to wean off of it but i am no professional. I used it until I had nothing more to give. Good luck.
