Final walk through before closing

The people who are buying our house did their final walk through but were talking about having someone come through again before the closing to make sure work was done by our contractor. Can they do another walk through after doing one?

Work was completed and have receipt from contractor.

yes - if there is still oustanding work to be done by your contractor they have the right to inspect one final time before closing - or they could have money held in escrow at the closing pending their approval of the work.
