Finally Mailing Out Wedding Thank Yous...
I designed our Thank You cards as 5x5. And love how they came out. Problem is I totally forgot about it costing more to mail 5x5 cards. The thought of spending another $30-$40 on postage kills me!
Sooooo Instead of redesigning the card (which would be a major PIA right now)
Do you think it's crappy to put the 5x5 Thank You's into a regular A7 envelope (5.25 x 7.25)??
What are your thoughts?
Should i just bite the bullet and go for the extra postage for the right size envelopes?? or is nobody going to even notice the bigger envelope for a better price??

Will they fit into the envelope so it closes properly or do you have to shove it in there?
If it fits properly then I'd probably just send it.

If it fits, I would mail it in the less expensive option. To be honest, if I received it in the "wrong" size envelope I would not even notice.

If it fits in the cheaper envelope, go for it! People will just tear open the envelope and toss it in the trash. I'd go for the cheaper option. Personally I couldn't give a hoot (or even notice) what envelope someone used.
