Finding a nanny
Does anyone know a good place to find questions when interviewing a nanny and explaining the process. I have to start :(

I used the GreatAupair website to find mine. They have great tips and suggestions and search features as well to pinpoint what you are looking for.I had ours for over 2 1/2 years until she had to go back home but now I have her sister come every summer.
