DH and I used to take at least one big trip (often more) a year. When I was pg I had strict no travel rules and we haven't travelled since DS was born. I'm dyyyying for a vacation!

That being said, DS will be just over one year at the time we are looking to go away (early May). I've travelled outside the country many times but for the first time in my life I am finding myself hesitant. Will it be too much? What if he hates the plane? What if DS gets sick etc etc. So I think I've convinced myself the first trip needs to be in the country for my sanity.

So where to? IMO He's a bit young for amusement parks (Disney, Sesame etc). I don't care if it's a road trip or flight but it must be warm!
