I just bought a groupon for a restaurant. They sent me the voucher via email. I can use it tonight right?? Someone mentioned its not good until 24 hours after purchase.

Call the restaurant and ask. I dont see how a few hrs makes a difference, but i wouldnt go without knowing for sure

only possible reason is maybe it needs time to cycle through a system...so when you go to redeem it, they can say you redeemed the groupon other maybe it comes up invalid. I would go like the above poster said

I believe they've now made Groupons available for immediate use. Just check the fine print to see if you need to make a reservation first.

I was at Cheeburger Cheeburger once, was looking at my phone while waiting for the food, and saw a groupon. I bought it and was able to use it by the time the check came!

YOu can use them tonight. They use to have a policy of waiting 24 hours. Most can be used right away. Always read the fine print. SOme places require reservations. I love Groupon.
