First loose tooth

My DD was 5 in March and woke up with a loose tooth this morning. I feel like this is very young for this....opinions?

I don't think it's necessarily young, my DD lost a couple of bottom teeth at age 5. She is 6 and has lost 5! Just as a side note, Pinterest has some cute tooth fairy letters and receipts!

I don't think so at all. My DD is 6 and she says a her friends have lost teeth already she says most were at 5. It seems like most people we know lost one at 5. DD got her teeth late (1st at 10 months) so I figure she might lose them late too.

Thanks! Idk why I felt like it was young. I remember first losing my teeth in first grade (6 or 7). I feel better now :)

First loose tooth

My son lost his first tooth when he was five. He's almost 8 1/2 and had lost nine teeth (eight teeth by the time he was seven). His baby teeth didn't come in early at all so the dentist was surprised he lost them so early.

DD will be 6 in October and lost her first tooth last week. She has another loose one which is good because the 2 adult teeth behind them has come through already.

DD lost both of her bottom teeth last week and she turned 5 in May.

#2 lost 2 just after he turn 5, but also started cutting teeth at 3 months!

#1 was closer to 6 - cut teeth round 4-5 months
