FL electric - They now charge a fuel surcharge
We got our electric bill and their was a 16% increase. Dh called and got told the reason is because they are enforcing a fuel surcharge  
So we're paying for the gas for the FPL company car for the person to drive to my house to read my meter

I noticed today my bill was $40 higher than last month... I guess that's why.

I noticed today my bill was $40 higher than last month... I guess that's why.
Check into level billing. Your bill will be about the same amount every month. We just signed up for it.
