Flu Shot and Insurance
So we just got the bill in the mail from our insurance company from the flu shot for my 9 month old DS. Now, he's had other immunizations done under this plan, and they were covered completely. Now, this isn't covered AT ALL! Honestly, he's not in day care or antying, and we are struggeling pretty bad still since I lost my job last year... and the bill is for $110  If I had known that it was going to be THAT crazy expensive I wouldn't have gotten it. I mean, yeah better safe then sorry, but honestly he's not around THAT many people, and all my life I never had one. I just went to CVS and paid $25 for mine just b/c DS got his. I've had the flu...yeah it's not that great to have, but it goes away. I dont' know... do you think there is something I could do...? Maybe make the fee less or something? Anything? Thanks!

Thanks I'm planning on calling tomorrow. Did anyone else ever hear of it not being covered? It really annoys me LOL

I have pretty crappy insurance and it was covered last year for DD and DS. I can't imagine why it wouldn't be covered. it sounds like a billing error to me.
