Flying in the first trimester...
Refresh my memory please. It's okay right? Just booked a trip to London for next week (I will be 10.5w at the time of trip).
With DS I flew a 20w for our babymoon and I swore I would never fly again while pregnant. I was SO sick But here I am trying to do it again!!

My Doctor okay'd me taking a helicopter tour ride at 18 or 19 weeks. I think you should be fine, but I guess just a double check wouldn't hurt.

I flew to CA when I was 9 or 10 weeks. I definitely had motion sickness, but other than that I was fine. Just try to walk around for at least a few minutes every hour or two. Also, drink a lot of water.

Re: Flying in the first trimester...
I flew to CA at 14 weeks, and it was the only time my whole pregnancy that I felt so nauseated, I thought I was going to throw up.
I hadn't eaten anything before the flight and there was no food on the plane - eating is a MUST. If I'd only had something in my stomach, I'm sure I would have been fine.
