FMLA Question
When your doctor fills out your forms for FMLA, Did you request the end date of your last day at work or did the doctor put the end date that they felt comfortable with?

When I went out on bedrest the doctor let me extend the date. They wanted me out that day and I asked if they would let me work through the week, which they did....... Im hoping they will allow me back at week 31 or 32, but they did say they would leave the decision up to me....

I put my last day of work, since that's technically when FMLA should kick in.
