Food Allergy Moms- Please Need Help for my friend.
My friend's son has some major food allergies  and she just doesn't know what to feed him. He will be 3 in May. I would like to help her and told her I would try to ask the great ladies on LIF for help 
So here is what he is allergic to food wise:
Wheat
Milk
Cassein(found in milk)
garlic
potatoes
tomatoes
onions
carrots
bananas
peanuts
sesame seeds
egg whites
shrimp (she hasn't fed him that yet but showed up on the blood test)

Tell her to investigate the Food Allergy Network. They have a ton of information! My gf uses their site a lot.

Tell her to investigate the Food Allergy Network. They have a ton of information! My gf uses their site a lot.
but of course their would be websites for this, lol.. I just googled and found foodallergynetwork.com and foodallergy.org

Is there a Whole Foods?
That's always a good place to find "safe" foods. Pls let your friend know, though, that from my gf's experience - it's best to go without a LO - there's a lot of label reading to be done when you're trying to find safe products & a LO makes it hard to concentrate...
