What foods did you start feeding DC at this age? TIA

Check out this website Wholesome Baby Foods . I LOVE it! It has great charts for what to feed your baby at each stage. Thus far (and my DD is 10 1/2 months old) it is right in line with what my pediatrician recommends.

at that age I began pastina, and I would boil meats or chicken with veggies and then puree it with the bullet. I m the queen of making pastina I can make it so many different ways!

at that age i stopped pureeing. now i just mince food and give it to him (9 months). he eats pretty much whatever we do.

So far I let Ryan eat apples, peaches, nectarines bananas, puffs, and any form of bread with no crust.
I feel like all of the above just dissolves in case he doesn't feel like chewing

what do you do with the pastina? Do you blend that up too, or just give it to DC plain?? I just bought some and need some ideas

Thank you so much everyone.. I was just at a loss... and on top of that DS has a Milk allergy and they want me to start giving him some Milk.. Im so nervous....

you don't need to blend it--she will be able to eat it just fine! make it nice and soft and mix with some butter. DS loves it that way! i sometimes cut up regular macaroni with sauce on it if we're having it, but he LOVES his pastina!
