When I separate my chicken for freezing I like the throw it into a bag with the marinade so it goes through as it defrosts!

that is a great idea! Rachel ray showed this yesterday- and she pounded the chicken cutlets super thin so she could store them flat- sooo doing that next time.

OH GREAT IDEA. I just went food shopping. I spent about the same amount I usually do but I bought a lot more stuff. I saved 40.00 with sale items. I also went through coupons. I bought a big package of meat and im going to break it down and freeze it. Something I never do because I have it in my head that the meat is better when it's not frozen But im not working and I need to do cut back.
