Re: Foods filled with fiber
If you like granola bars....some have a very high fiber content....and it's yummy & doesn't taste like cardboard!
Stonyfield Farms yogurts have 3 grams of fiber I think....they are good & fat free too!

Re: Foods filled with fiber
Here's a good List:
LINK
More info:
Dietary Guidelines
Scan food labels for bread and cereal products listing whole grain or whole wheat as the first ingredient. Look for cooked and ready to eat cereals with at least 3 grams of fiber per serving. Eat raw fruits and vegetables; they have more fiber than cooked or canned foods, or juice. Dried fruits (especially dried figs) are also good sources of fiber. Increase fiber in meat dishes by adding pinto beans, kidney beans, black-eyed peas, bran, or oatmeal. Try adding 2-3 tsp. of unprocessed wheat bran to foods such as meatloaf, casseroles, homemade breads, muffins and other baked goods. Dairy foods provide little fiber. Increase fiber by adding fresh fruit, whole grain or bran cereals, nuts, or seeds to yogurt or cottage cheese. Chopping, peeling, cooking, pureeing, and processing may reduce fiber content Substitute oat bran for one third of all purpose flour in baked goods recipes. Best to eat a variety of foods and not to rely on a fiber supplement Do it gradually—rapid fiber increase may result in gas, cramping, bloating, or diarrhea. Drink plenty of fluids—at least 8 cups every day.

Gradual adding is KEY. Otherwise it'll have the reverese effect and you don't need that.

These cookies are a little dry but if you drink lots of fluids with it (a glass at minimum) they really help.

I've learned you don't have to be a saint and eat bland all the time, but doing little things, like drinking a lot of liquids and eating whole grains or fruits that are high in fiber help take the edge off. Good luck, there are plenty of girls here that suffer so ask away.

Re: Foods filled with fiber
Fiber One cereal is really good- it looks like twigs but it's slightly sweet. 14 grams of fiber in a half cup which is pretty good. But if you eat too much it'll upset your stomach.

Or what I do is for breakfast I mix a 1/2 cup of Fiber One with 3/4 cup of my regular cereal... it works great and it's not strictly one type of cereal so it's not an overkill.
