Football Menu
Having family over next sunday for DH's bday. I need help with the menu...
apps:
pigs in a blanket
buffalo chicken dip
spinach dip
wings
dinner:
pulled pork (served with potato buns)
coleslaw
this is what i need more help with. I was thinking of making some sort of warm quinoa salad. anyone have a recipe??
any other suggestions?

I like the mac and cheese idea. Maybe a quinoa mac and cheese. I haven't tried any but if you do a google search there are tons of recipes.
