Football-theme party menu

So we are doing a football theme for DC's first birthday party at our house. So, I want it to be tailgate-type foods. I am doing a combination of homemade/catered stuff because I have nearly 11-month old twins, a job, and very little sanity left that I'd prefer not to lose completely Chat Icon My mom and MIL will be making some of it as well.

We will be having approximately 30 adults and 8 kids ranging from under a year to 9 years old.

Please let me know your thoughts on what I have so far. I know I need at least one more main dish and I'm not totally sure about the sausage and peppers. TIA!

cold stuff -
homemade Chex mix (MIL)
guacamole/chips/salsa
homemade spinach dip w/crudite (me)

hot apps (me) -
PW's cheddar puffs (made in advance and frozen)
pigs in a blanket (will make these from scratch and freeze)

main meal -
chili and cornbread (mom)
baked mac and cheese (MIL)
big salad (me)
buffalo wings (catered)
sausage & peppers (catered)
do I need a hero? like 3 ft? Would do chicken cutlet/fresh mozz/roasted red.

dessert -
birthday cake (bakery)
cupcakes (me)

I would probably do a hero bc it is nice to offer something cold. Sounds great Chat Icon

Menu looks great!

I would add a hero simply bc I love them and I think its appropriate for the menu, but you have plenty of food as is. If I were to take 1 thing off, I'd scratch the chili and cornbread. Otherwise looks great!
