I always associated toile fabric as being feminine.

While I like it, I would not get it for a boy. IMHO.

i agree...

We couldn't find a Metrolite pattern that we liked either. (We knew we were having a boy) We ended up buying the Peg Perego Aria.

I looked at the Aria today and really like it - but I love how light the Metrolight is. There is a big difference in weight and I'm a weakling to begin with. Chat Icon

This just might be me - but I think it's okay for the newborn/infant stage, but it seems a bit much for a toddler.

Hope that makes sense!

I agree and I'm going to get the Metrolite in the Metropolitian pattern now. I will keep this pattern for the pack and play because that's more of a staple in my office but I don't want to use it as a stroller.

Thank god I got that picture this morning because otherwise I would have been pizzed had I kept it!

I know, and can you believe it just hit me yesterday. I do nothing but go online all day long, I have been registered for MONTHS and MONTHS, and it hits me yesterday. I felt like a crazy person when I went into BRU. I would have been so annopyed if I didn't realize it until he got here.

And, the other thing is - I can't really see my DH taking him for walks in that stroller. Me - fine --- but not my DH!
