for anyone who took progesterone in oil???
when did your re stop having you do the shots? and did you stop the shots cold turkey or lower the dosage? ty v much

With my first DS I stopped cold turkey, and I think it was around 8 weeks (same time I was released to my OB). Are you still seeing the RE?

My RE kept me on them until I was 9 or 10 weeks (I think). He had me on 1ml per day and then decreased me to 1/2ml per day the last week and then discharged me from it. My progesterone levels dropped low last pregnancy so I think he kept me on the shots and inserts extra long to be cautious.

Same with me for the supps - he kept me on them until I was exactly 12 weeks and then d/c that as well

I took PIO shots at 1cc until 10 weeks. Then I stopped cold turkey. I'm now 11 weeks, 2 days and my itchy skin near the injection sites is finally getting better!!

im doing the lovely crinone gel..and i am still on it at 8w1d. i go back for my final RE visit Thursday... not sure if i will be told to continue it or not..
